Welcome to Hotel Krishna. This Reservation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking, cancellations, amendments, and check-in procedures. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking Requirements
- Reservations can be made through our official website, phone (+91-9727133131), WhatsApp (+917096508000), or authorized booking platforms.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Krishna.
- Guests must provide accurate details, including full name, contact information, and payment details at the time of booking.
- If booking with a credit or debit card, the cardholder must be one of the travelers and present the card at check-in for verification.
- A compulsory gala dinner supplement may be charged during festive periods such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other special events. These charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Check-In Requirements
- All guests above 18 years of age must present a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof at check-in (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver’s License). PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity document.

- Check-in time is 11:00 AM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- In case of failure to present required identification, Hotel Krishna reserves the right to deny check-in, and the booking will be considered a no-show without refund.
3. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- Cancellations or amendments are permitted but require prior notice at least 7 days before the check-in date.

- Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 5.7% deduction for payment processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s tariff.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.
- Amendments to bookings are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation charges.

- Hotel Krishna reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected, or if the reservation results from a mistake or error.

- We will make every effort to minimize or waive cancellation charges where possible, at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking platform or offer.
- Any additional charges (e.g., gala dinner supplements, room service, or damages) must be settled at check-out.
- All invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issuance, or Hotel Krishna reserves the right to charge a 10% interest on the outstanding amount or cancel the reservation.
5. Additional Policies
- Unless specified, tariffs do not include optional services such as room service, laundry, or telephone calls. These will be charged separately as incurred.
- Hotel Krishna is not responsible for additional charges levied by third-party booking platforms or for service issues arising from such platforms.

- In case of an increase in tariff due to special events (e.g., festivals like Diwali or Shravan), guests are liable to pay the difference if the stay falls during these periods.
6. Governing Law
This Reservation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
